BanishZone Sim is run by Blaga George Vlad (Romania). For anything about your data: write to the BanishZone team on banishzone.ro.

What's kept about you

Your Discord account's id, name and picture — from Discord when you sign in (the identify permission only: not your e-mail, servers or messages). The site has no passwords of its own.
When you joined and last used the site.
What you save here: decks, combos, endboards, matchups, guides, puzzles, deck guides, sleeves you upload, saved duels, your coins and what you bought in the Shop, and a tournament you run. It's yours: only you can see it, unless you share a duel's link.
Duels in progress — the moves, and the names the players chose — until a day after the last move.
The server's logs: the addresses (IP) that asked for pages and when, to keep the site safe and working. Deleted after 14 days.

Nothing is sold or shared. There are no ads, no analytics and no tracking.

Cookies and your browser

`bz_s`	You're signed in (60 days, renewed as you use the site).
`bz_g`	You've entered the site's password, while it has one.
`bz_o`	A sign-in with Discord on its way (10 minutes).
`bz_w`	A duel watched with its link, in OBS (a day).

All of them are needed for the site to work. The pages also keep your settings in your browser (your field style, the Probability setups…) — they stay on your device.

Your data, your call

Download it: on the home page, Your account → Back up my data — a .zip that the BanishZone Tools app for Windows restores too.
Delete it: Your account → Delete my account removes your account and everything kept for it, at once. The server's own backups of it are gone within 14 days.
Anything else — what's kept, a correction, a complaint: write to the BanishZone team on banishzone.ro. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Romania, the ANSPDCP).

The site runs on a server in the EU (Hetzner, Germany / Finland). Why it keeps what it keeps: to give you the account you asked for (your saved things), and the logs to keep the site secure.
